Please take a moment to review the, Alcohol Injection Systems, LLC (AIS), warranty information below. AIS provides a Lifetime "No Hassle" Warranty on all water methanol injection systems and kits. This warranty is only applicable to the original owner and is non-transferable. WE DO NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING: clogged nozzles electrical damage from installation damage to water methanol injection system caused by running water under temperature conditions when water freezes. any component of the system that has become inoperable/defective due to improper maintenance, modification, abuse, opening a sealed component, negligence, or failure to follow the installation instructions provided with the system.
All water methanol injection system purchases from AIS are considered to be for use in high performance vehicles. Therefore, we do not imply or express any warranty that will cover damage to any other vehicle component(s) in which the water methanol injection system is installed, whether or not the damage was caused by the water methanol injection system. If you believe you have received a defective part or experienced a part failure that should be covered under warranty, please follow the following resolution steps: Call AIS at (801)447 - 2559 and inform the customer service agent that you want to make a warranty claim. The agent will discuss the claim process with you and issue you a RGA#. Write this number down. Ship the suspect component to AIS at the address provided by the customer service agent. You must use reasonable care when packaging the component to protect it from damage during return shipment. We advise using the original packaging when possible. In addition, you must CLEARLY annotate on the packing slip the RGA# provided to you. You will cover the expense of shipping the component to AIS. We will cover the expense of shipping back to you. AIS will test the component for defect upon arrival and issue an opinion with respect to the component being defective within five business days. While we will do everything reasonable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction; the opinion we issue is final. If we decide your component is defective we will, at our discretion, either 1) issue you a new component or 2)remanufacture the original component. Neither of these steps will increase the timeline of your warranty. In other words, you receiving a new or remanufactured component will not extend the life of your warranty.
