Our nickle plated water methanol injection nozzles are by far the nicest in the industry and out perform all others. Unlike the competitors nozzle design in which the orifice is machined into the leading edge of the nozzle. This allows the airflow to pass directly over the tip of the nozzle, immediately disrupting the nozzles spray pattern. Resulting in less atomization and coverage across the port.
Our nozzles come with the orifice recessed into the tip of the nozzle. This protects and prevents the airflow from passing directly over the orifice. Allowing the nozzle to spray and fan out, without immediately being disrupted by the airflow. In return providing better atomization. Also, this recessed orifice pulls the injection start point further back into the tip of the nozzle providing a wider spray pattern and coverage across the intake port.
Furthermore, unlike competitors nozzles which require you to wrap a rag around the nozzle while using vise grips to install or remove the nozzle. Our nozzles can easily be installed or removed by simply using a 7/16" wrench. Making installation and removal of the nozzle a breeze. While also eliminating users from damaging the nozzle and having to buy replacements. Additionally, each nozzle is stamped with its size making it easy to tell them apart unlike competitors unmarked nozzles.
