Unlike the competitors nozzle design in which the orifice is machined into the leading edge of the nozzle. This allows the airflow to pass directly over the tip of the nozzle, immediately disrupting the nozzles spray pattern. Resulting in less atomization and coverage across the port.
Our nozzles come with the orifice recessed into the tip of the nozzle. This protects and prevents the airflow from passing directly over the orifice. Allowing the nozzle to spray and fan out, without immediately being disrupted by the airflow. In return providing better atomization. Also, this recessed orifice pulls the injection start point further back into the tip of the nozzle providing a wider spray pattern and coverage across the intake port.
